Printing (Students)
Login to your printing account at https://print.ben.edu/user?
Every current student receives a $50 credit at the beginning of Fall and Spring semesters to use for printing. There is no rollover, so credits get reset each semester and is available on the first day of classes. You can release print jobs at a printer by swiping your student ID card or entering your username and password.
The following are student-accessible printers:
- Birck 2nd Floor Hallway
- Birck 3rd Floor Hallway
- Jaeger Residence Hall
- Krasa 1st Floor (2 printers)
- Kindlon Hall Library Lower Level
- Kindlon Hall Library 2nd Floor
- Kindlon Hall Library 3rd Floor
- Ondrak Residence Hall
To check your printing balance
To check your printing balance, login to https://print.ben.edu with your Benedictine credentials. Your balance will be listed in the Summary section.
How to replenish your printing balance
If your printing balance is running low, you can add more funds by choosing from the two options below:
- Online in the PaperCut Portal (credit card only)* See video below
- In-person at the BenU Business Office in Lownik 105 (cash or credit card)
Printing Credit Refund Request
In the event that you added additional funds to your printing credit during the semester—either via the online portal or through the Benedictine Business Office—you may be eligible for a refund of any unused portion of these additional funds.
Please be advised that refunds are limited to self-funded additions only. The initial $50 credit provided each semester is not refundable.

Costs of Printing
The cost of prints, which is deducted from that initial balance, is:
