Installing Office on Personal Devices

All current students and full-time faculty and staff are entitled to install the Microsoft Office on up to 5 personally owned devices (including computers, phones, and tablets). You no longer need to purchase a copy of Office to use at home.

There are just a few things you need to know before downloading and installing Office:

• Your license to use Office is only valid as long as you remain a member of the community. Once you graduate (students) or are no longer employed by the university, your Office license will expire.
• After installing Office, you will need to register the product and, to do so, must use your Benedictine credentials (full email address and password). Using a different email address will cause the registration to fail and you won't be able to use the software.
