Self Service Password Reset

If you have a Benedictine email account, you must enroll in the Self Service Password Reset service. SSPR allows you to change your password or unlock your account without having to contact anyone. 

You will be prompted to enroll in SSPR the first time you access your email account via the Web.

Once you’ve enrolled, you’ll go to this page https://aka.ms/sspr to change your password or unlock your account. Enter your email address and the Captcha phrase to continue. You’ll then be prompted to verify your identity through one or more of the options that you set when you enrolled.
