Jabber Desktop Phone Application

Jabber allows you to make and receive phone calls from your Benedictine phone number. You can also chat and share files with other Jabber users. To make/receive calls using your computer you will need a microphone and speakers. A headset is recommended for the best audio quality.

Jabber accounts are not automatically provisioned. To obtain an account or confirm that you have a Jabber account, send a request to helpdesk@ben.edu

Sign into Jabber with your Benedictine email address and password.
