Benu Files - Shared Drive Access

Benu Files is a new service that provides for browser-based access to the shared network drives (no VPN necessary). Faculty and staff can access the S Drive and other shared drives via a web browser by going to http://files.ben.edu 

Login using your Benedictine credentials.

While online editing is available, it is recommended that you download the file and perform any edits while the file is on your computer. Then save and upload the changed file. 

Note that permissions are given from the folder owner. Contact the appropriate college/department to request access. 

A mobile app is also available. Again, no VPN necessary for the mobile app, as well.
